This is a free or near free mental health clinic, people dont understand how hard it is to keep a place like this well staffed as most people here are just there doing clinicals or even community service(not the court ordered kind)., from my experience they are fast to get you a psychological social examination but the psychiatrist exam is set for more than a month in the future, I believe this is to cut down on meds being given out too fast to people who maybe dont need them, this is not your first stop in the medication process and you should already have a primary care provider who can administer psych meds without a psychiatrist visit but they always want you to eventually get seen my a psychiatrist at a behavioral health clinic. The reviews on here are low because the people who write them are likely mentally unbalanced and upset that they didn't get their meds immediately like you would at a primary care center. I give them 5 stars because I understand the health system a bit being a former med student and a current law student.
