The Mrs.4 StarDidn’t get anything out of therapy or vibe with the therapist (Regina) I was seeing BUT the four stars is for the front desk staff! Very professional and prompt with requested information. You are appreciated if you haven’t heard it as of lately.Thursday 10th February 2022
Dana Ward1 StarThis place is a joke. I just had my first and only appointment with Danielle who inquired about my whole life story and took notes and then told me she doesn't feel this is the right practice for me and won't even prescribe an antidepressant for me when I'm going through depression and anxiety. If there are actually any good mental health professionals in Hampton Roads, someone please suggest one to me.Friday 28th January 2022
steph graham5 StarDanielle Gage is by far the best. Extremely caring and always willing to help any way she can. Appreciate everything that she's done for me.Thursday 18th March 2021
Ryan3 StarI have just visited once for my initial appointment with a NP, and hearing of some of the policies and practices it seems that anyone with a substance use disorder is treated as a criminal. What other disease would you threaten a new patient with pill counts or feel the need to tell them not to lie, and that before you were a nurse, you were a probation officer? I'm leaving three stars because I haven't met with anyone else in the practice, but treating new patients as potential criminals is just setting a bad precedence.Wednesday 19th May 2021
