I can't say enough about this recovery center! When I needed help, almost zero time was wasted. I don't have insurance, and normally there are only 2 days a week they schedule patients without insurance. I needed help the next day, which didn't happen to fall on one of those two days, but they will bend the rules at first to get you help over the phone until you can be seen in person. However, what happened to me recently is why I'm writing this now. About a month before writing this review, I caught coronavirus. I got it fairly badly, breathing issues, and all. I still cannot take a full breath without pain in my lungs, and it causes extreme anxiety when I try. The Dr. I have immediately worked with me to get me a small script of my old anxiety medication while my lung capacity comes back. I cannot thank these people enough for recognizing someone in need, and taking action to help them!

Had a little difficulty at first but they definitely willing to work with you! Turned into a good a good experience because they followed up with me gave me some help that I desperately needed!

I've never written a negative review before but dealing with an addiction can come down to life or death so I feel it's important for people to know my experience. Last spring the company was bought out and got a new office manager, Willy. Not only did he not fill out the paperwork required for me to get my medication after following up 7 times over 3 1/2 weeks but he was extremely unprofessional and rude by not letting me finish explaining the issues, talking over me and even hanging up on me mid-conversation. I will no longer be going to this facility due to my experiences with him.

Very poor experience with the facility director Willy. Been calling since February... they were paid for visits and they also charged/were paid by insurance. Been asking for refund/resolution with no luck. Was told that 584 patients are also calling with the same issue, they are “overwhelmed” and can’t help. Will be filing complaint with the state.
