I have personally worked with Roxanne, and I can without a doubt say that she is by far one of the most kind and caring counselors i have met. She will tell you like it is but with the up most compassion and respect. Some are just not ready to handle their demons and blame everyone else for their inability to stand up and take accountability for there actions. As far as Milestones Women Residential program is concerned, everyone works hard to help their patients get their lives back. No one goes into this field for their own gain.

Milestones is a great place to learn about what issues made you self medicate to begin with. it has wrap around services like mental health and PTSD recovery alternatives. and the staff and clients support each other. I don't know why the negative comments here so I had to put my 2 cents in lol. Love you Milestones thanks for helping me not only recover but with my fundraiser as well. Love and respect you all BIG

From a clinical stand point, this is probably one of the most toxic places I have seen.

Awful place and needs to be shut down. Heartless Goat Roxanne needs to change her field of work. Miserable lazy eyed women takes all her anger out on Only certain people, the wrong people. Sara From Benton County Crisis said she has delt with this awful women amd ahe will not change her ways, her best advixe was to get out. Not a place for women who want mental help. The gossiping is worse with the staff than the actual clients.
