This no physical rehab center, its mainly long term facility. Try not to sent your family here, way too many problems, low supplies on needed patients products, and many other shortagestoo many to mention. Im trying to transfer to another facility but this COVID problem its impossible or that is what Im told. Building is old have problems with sink drains that make noises air conditioner that doesn't work i.n hallways. So many problems to mention, I could write a book.

PLEASE do not send your family to this place, and if your family is there PLEASE do everything you Can to get them transferred. There are a FEW very good staff members there but a FEW. This place Is old and dirty inside and out. Leaking roof with soiled ceiling tiles that makes the rooms smell like mold. They may bathe the residents once a month and NEVER do oral care.

Back in late February I had broken my neck and was completely paralyzed. After emergency surgery to repair the break I was transferred to a rehabilitation facility. Genesis Healthcare in Milford I knew in less than a month I was in the right place. Going from being completely independent to becoming completely dependent in the beginning was a deeply difficult and emotional transition. ALL of the staff here have Hearts of Gold and have been instrumental in that transition; in addition to giving me the courage, faith and drive to continue moving forward every single day. From the Administrator and Nursing staff to the CNA's I have been treated with genuine care and love from all. I am still in-patient but am told I may be discharged in mid November. With the type of injury I sustained I hope to become almost completely independent once again. I know I could never have achieved these gifts without their care.

Staff is caring and they go out of their way to help me. The food is great, and the care that have received has been pretty good. Im happy that I chose this for my rehab care.
