Recently, I read a letter written to the editor of the Minneapolis Messenger, by a resident of the facility. The letter reflected the compassion demonstrated by the staff daily. I must say over the past year there has been a huge improvement in the resident and employee satisfaction. Not to mention...Wow....if you have not had the chance to see Minneapolis new face lift, I highly recommend you stop by for a tour. The recent remodel completed at the facility is beautiful. They truely are embracing a homelike environment.

Very little communication between residents,staff and administration, especially administration! Staff is great! No consistency in following Covid19 mandates.

My Mother was a patient at this facility and I was pleased with her care. She was familiar with some of the staff because they were people I grew up with and had known for years. Both my Mother and I had moved away but when it came time to place Mom in a facility , I had no second thoughts about the Minneapolis facility because it was like family. They also treated my Mother like their family. I can not tell you how different is was for me (as a nurse) to have to depend on others to care for my Mother. Some of those same staff member are still there and will probably retire from that facility. I have always loved the Minneapolis facility and hold the staff in high regard. Is is without hesitation that I recommend this facility for anyone wanting personalized care in a loving environment.
