Our Chemical Dependency Program includes a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services that are designed to treat patients holistically and to help them successfully develop a path to recovery.
We make sure to provide every opportunity for our patients to succeed to live a sober life. This means taking a personal interest in the health of each of our chemically dependent patients. We’re dedicated to helping each patient and their loved ones understand the complexities of addiction and how to effectively manage it.
We understand how much of a battle it can be to recover from addiction, which is why Mission Hospital provides comprehensive and ongoing care. Our other programs include 12-step groups, partial hospitalization, continuing care and intensive outpatient treatment.

Checking myself into a detox program is the best decision I have made in my life and choosing Mission was too.
From the minute I was admitted to the minute I was discharged I was under the attentive supervision of an extremely experienced team. Dr. Aung Thu and all the addiction physicians, nurses, counselors and anyone else I am forgetting to mention; THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Because of you I was able to just let go and let you all ‘fly the plane’ and it was so comforting.
This place is a well-oiled machine. When it was my turn to take my meds they were right there. When my blood pressure shot up they were on it fast. Honestly I was scared at times but I was never alone. I was in really good hands. The withdrawals were unfamiliar but the staff took my fears away. The strategy of tapering me off my medicine was meticulously planned. The education groups taught me a lot about the science behind substance use and abuse, withdrawals and the sobriety. I loved the massage, acupuncture and the food is better than I can make for myself at home. The place is very clean and the environment is warm and free of judgment.
I was at Mission Hospital for 6 days and must admit I cried when I left for good reason. To the staff, if you all get a chance to read this please know the trajectory of my life changed for the much much much better because of you. My future is bright because of you. You most likely saved my life, which is why writing this review is the least I can do to express my gratitude.Friday 22nd October 2021

I am so impressed with the knowledge and the care for the nurses and doctor are top notch. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is struggling with becoming clean... they accepted me right away and I am gain so much from this program al ready in 2 days.
