Below is an email I sent to administration regarding my experience with this facility: Hello, I just needed to tell the supervisors about their staff. It has been over nine months since I have had peace about my Dad's situation. My father was neglected at two prior facilities and suffered further trauma because of it. I had to move him and was praying that I picked a good facility for him to finish out his days on earth. When I worked as a RN, I never realized the stress that families go through until I walked in those shoes. It is so much work with all the paperwork, making sure that he is being taken care of, and having had to deal with a irresponsible staff at his previous facility. What a nightmare. Well, today I can say that I found peace, I can let go, and my dad is happy (as happy as a person can be in his situation.) I walked into my dad's room today to find it decorated for his birthday and when I spoke to Casey the RN, she showed me a video she took of them singing happy birthday to him. He was so happy! Throughout my time on the visit, while just sitting there enjoying my dad's presence, I teared up a couple of times thanking God for an answer to prayer. I haven't seen many people go over and above throughout my medical career besides myself and maybe a handful of others. This is what being a true, caring healthcare provider is all about and I am so proud to say that you have that there at your facility. They blessed me and most importantly my Father so much today that I can not even express it accurately in this email. They made a difference in our lives today. Lastly, My experience from my first contact with your facility has been a pleasure. To say that Erika Myers is a pleasure to deal with and truly great at her job is an understatement. RN Alex and RN Rhonda have went above and beyond for us. Alex supplied a cell charger (the last facility lost a bunch of things including the charger so when he was transferred, I couldn't contact him directly) to charge my dad's cell, he tried to fix my dad's damaged cell, and the first night my dad was there, he called me and gave me an impressive report that put me at ease. The cordless doesn't get good reception in my dad's room so Rhonda would use her personal cell to help me talk to my dad. The lady that does the zoom calls is so nice and everyone else I have had contact with is as well. Please recognize Casey, the other lady in the picture, the person behind the camera, and the rest of the crew. They deserve it. Thank you and keep up the good work, Mike

Just brought my mom to the facility. The warm and family oriented atmosphere really hits you right away. Olga the DON and Erika the Social Worker have been there for me every step of the way. Great care and great communication. Thank you

This facility is sub-par quality I will never recommended it ever to anyone. You can even tell them that the patient can get very sick quite quickly and they still don't get it. If patient is in need of help they are out of luck

Brought my mom here and found faculty dated and worn. There were many residents in the hallway 7pm, some moaning or yelling. Door to her room was dirty the bed table was broken and one in the hallway also broken. The furniture in the room very worn. There was a cockroach in the bedside cabinet when I went to put mom's jacket in. The staff Rob was very friendly and attentive. We did NOT stay, felt unsure of leaving mom took her home.
