I can't give a review on the services, as I couldn't ever get an appointment scheduled for my adolescent son. Originally submitted an intake form 12/29/21, received an email from Jasmine Lyons on 1/21/22 telling me to call the office to schedule his first appointment (almost a MONTH later - and why wouldn't someone just call me directly to schedule?!) That was at 4 pm on a Friday, so I called the following Monday and had to leave a message. 2 weeks later I still haven't received a call back. What a joke this place is. Edit since I can't reply to their reply - you haven't had trouble reaching out to me. You just haven't reached out. I have no interest in doing business with you at this point if this is my first reaction as to how you do business. Seems like you need more people working in the office and less people worrying about responding to negative reviews. If you were more capable, you wouldn't have as many negative reviews!

I've been to a lot of doctors and therapists, and finally got the help I needed here. The staff are caring and put a lot of thought into understanding me. They don't push meds and are open to complimentary therapies which is nice.

Be ready to pay for every single phone call your child makes, even if it’s a short question. It’s all about making money with these people. I seriously feel like they’re taking advantage of these young college kids!

I am not being notified of my appointments the day of, and have missed two. I almost never get a response from anyone by email; office or providers. Furthermore, the patient portal is completely blank; There are no records regarding any of my visits, medication refills etc, and nobody in the office (by phone) knows what is going on. I was first notified of this "transition" around March 19th (16th or 19th from my phone records), and it's still going on? To be fair, their manager called me to apologize, but I am still very disappointed by the absence of communication.
