It’s a home-like environment working here and the elders are our family. This is their home but when you love your job it’s not work, it’s your home away from home. We laugh and cry along side our elders and their family. Coworkers are like your extended family and offer great support. Overall a great place to work!

I was so impressed with the Morgantown facility during my visits this week. The camaraderie between the residents and the staff was just amazing. It felt like a true home-like atmosphere. The residents looked so cared for and the place was so clean and tidy. Very impressive Morgantown Team! Way to lead by example in caring for the residents you care for!
