They don’t answer the phone when you call, they don’t tell you that you have to park a long ways away and climb a large hill to get there or even where to enter the bldg. (multiple entrance points). Once inside the therapist I worked with (Vince) was amazing. Just getting there was a problem.

I came moss not able to straighten my fingers on my right side or move my arm as well as not walking and in a month i made a lot of progress in mobility and strength. Nurses, doctors, aides and therapists were very sympathetic and friendly and they really seemed proud of how much i was improving. Shout-out Sarah, Shannon, Taylor, big Will, Dr Segal, Richard and Kiersten. I would recommend moss rehab to anyone with a brain injury

I as admitted to Moss because I have a traumatic brain injury from a car accident. When I was in Moss, all I wanted was for people to talk to me because nobody would come to my room with the exception of bringing me the meds that nobody would tell me anything about. When I stopped taking them because I didn’t know what they did, they crushed the pills up and put them in my food. I thought I was in prison because at one point the staff put rope-like bands over my bed so I couldn’t physically crawl out. Moss is a disgusting place and the people that call themselves medical staff deserve to lose their licenses.

Simply put, choosing a rehab is a tough decision when those we love need assistance. Where do you go, who will really treat your loved one like thier own? MOSS IS THE ANSWER. I'm so thankful for all they did. You will not find a more dedicated and professional group of people. A special thanks to Megan and Devon you gals are the best. I went to sleep every night knowing my son was being well taken care of and that is priceless. Forever grateful.

I spent a month here after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke in 2017 at the age of 31. I spent two weeks in the ICU at a hospital in downtown Philly and was then transferred here for rehab after being released. I am forever grateful for the staff at this hospital as I went through my rehab process, especially to Mary, Jenny, and Cecil. I had to do speech, physical, and occupational therapy during my time here. I came In to this hospital not being able to swallow, walk on my own, and unable to take care of myself...and left a month later eating solid foods again and being able to walk. This hospital is top notch. The staff genuinely cares about you and is there to help you get back up. As I stated earlier, I am truly grateful to my therapists who helped me get back on my feet. I will always remember them.
