I wanted to send a resident an item. Using Instacart there was no way for Mountain Manor to know who this item was for. I called and Angela Moore was so kind, understanding and efficient. She was even able to get a message to the resident. Wow! Then, she called to let me know all was done. Who does this?? Angela. Thank you Angela.

I called very nervous and stuttering. Took me a second to get out that I was looking for a 28 day program. I hadn't finished before I was hung up on. I eventually reached someone at Shoemaker which put me on the list to get me in as soon as next week. I'd highly recommended Shoemaker over Mountain Manor.
