I guess this place has gone downhill since the reviews three years ago because the staff was neither friendly nor respectful to say the least. Promised evening availability, later told there was no evening availability at all. Promised help with cost, later told it would be hundreds of dollars more per week than previously discussed. Promised a certain staff member would be there to meet in person, that staff member was not present. The rest of the staff said they had “no way to contact him”. Promised there would be no issues with having a medical marijuana card while seeking help with alcohol abuse, later told at my appointment that we could not continue treatment without clean urine samples. I’m not sure what the angle is, but my guess is that if you’re on probation, they’re probably getting state money for these services, and they have a pretty stream lined intake for that specific type of person because it is their money maker. Not only is this a scam of a facility, but it’s really sad to see a program care so little about people just trying to get help. Especially, that they would be willing to let an alcoholic at their breaking point wait two whole weeks in anticipation for an appointment, only to tell them that everything originally established was a lie. Talk about kicking someone when they’re already down, this place and all of its employees should be ashamed.
