Letycia Pastrana1 StarThe center was a disappointment to my family. Tamika was upset/disappointed we did not go through her and that we walked in the office. The front desk person was no help, either- lacked professionalism. This was my families first visit at this office. Family member was seeking help/support and did not receive it. I will contact the board regarding my experience at this office. When individuals are seeking help, the response should not be , limited staff due to vacation.Wednesday 15th December 2021

Latisha Lyons1 StarI had been trying to get treatment here over a year. Okay So after the pandemic and getting vaccinated, 2 assessments. Mind you the assessment Are being charged to Medicaid. From July 15th to now I’ve been going hard trying to get in there that they should available next week no no turnover we don’t have nothing I don’t know when it’s going to be anything available.
