This place lacks in professionalism. Poor leadership and staff who are not qualified for their job responsibilities. I would not recommend to anyone.

Reception was horrible. Two extremely rude and old woman were unhelpful and disrespectful in their demeanor. Once I got into an office with someone I explained my experience. That woman tried saying it was my fault and attitude... even though I tried being respectful with reception. After that I told her exactly how I felt and stated I'd be looking for a different provider. This place is an absolute joke and this was one of the most unprofessional places I've been to. Please, anybody who suffers from anxiety or whatever else; avoid this place completely. There are much better alternatives and they treat you with a, at the very least, basic level of respect. Also, avoid Chubbs too; they aren't as rude but they are extremely unorganized and unhelpful.

Recently I had a falling out with my nurse practitioner cathianne. She stopped giving me a prescription for my meds because I missed 1 appointment. Mind you this medicine is effexor and is highly recommended by drs to not go cold turkey. I've been sick for 4 days now and it's only getting worse. I tried getting help from the program director but she seems to busy or not even concerned. She did call me back today but it made me sick to hear the message she left as I could tell she wasn't going to help me out. My withdrawal symptoms are mostly nervousness and a brain sparking thing and throwing up. I was on this med for depression and anxiety. Why are these people who are paid to help me not helping me? They are getting paid. It's god damned disgusting. To be fair my councilor and the 3 previous councilors were good to me and helpful, but cathianne really has shocked me to just leave me hanging like this, knowing how painful an experience this is. I do not recommend getting help there as the medical staff seems overworked and clearly not functioning. Program director, move on Courtney.

Terrible. Your always waiting 20 min past your appointment to be seen. Your time is not important to them. Everytime I come I wait long past my appointment while they all talk in the back. I am not satisfied with my therapist one bit. And I do not bond with her and yet I can't get a different one. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
