Kim Kim1 StarRude and nasty from check-in and checking out!!! If you complain or speak up. First they call for SECURITY then the office manager refuses medical treatment!!! The whole reason you drove 45 minutes to get here...Don't offer you another slot tell you to go visit the ER instead. No compassion or consideration...Ask for the Nurse Particinar who was scheduled to see me. Verbatimally said I'M BOOKED AND CAN'T GET YOU IN.... EVEN THOUGH EMAILS WAS SENT TO ALL DOCTORS TO SEE PATIENTS LATE DUE TO NOT BEING INFORMED OF CONSTRUCTION AROUND HOSPITAL... PLUS I CALLED AT 8:08AM WAS TOLD I WOULD BE SEEN.... BUT RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK AND ROOMING PERSON REFUSE TO CHECK FOR MESSAGE SENT BY NICE, PROFESSIONAL PHONE YOUNG LADY....INSTEAD ARGUED MADE A HUGE SCENE...I ASKED FOR SOMEONE OF ANOTHER ETHNIC AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION DEGREE!!!! ALL HELL BROKE LOSS RETALIATION HAS BEGUN ON ALL LEVELS.....WOWSaturday 9th October 2021
