These ladies truly love the girls in the program and teach them practical life skills as well as God’s word.

Patrice Jackson is horrible. She made it perfectly clear she didn’t like me or my daughter& we both felt judged by her from the moment we got there. She complained about everything, even where I parked. She judged me for my car bc the look on her face when we pulled in was not happy.l drive a 10yr old accord coupe, not a fancy car.She was totally disorganized from the moment we walked inside. She never sent the paperwork to the detox center for my daughter to fill out prior to her coming. She says she did but they never received anything. That didn’t stop her from making it OUR fault she never got any paperwork. She also lied about not getting 140$ for admission fee.I know she did bc I sent it Wed 2-day mail &they said it would arrive Fri or Sat &it was Mon.I checked tracking after we left & saw that it arrived Friday. She probably kept the money for herself. She never had my daughter fill out the admission paperwork,bc she already made up her mind she would find any reason she could to not let my daughter stay.My daughter was visibly upset &Patrice said everything she could to make the situation worse. She kept asking for her COVID19 test results, which were right in front of her.She acted like 19 was a big deal & my daughter wouldn’t be accepted unless she had 2 neg 19 tests.Yet she wasn’t even wearing a mask.1st she had it pulled down &then took it off completely. So not sure why huge fuss was made over 19 or why she was forced to have 2 19 tests within 5days.MAKES NO SENSE.She made me&my daughter feel uncomfortable & unwelcome. She said &did everything she could to validate all the doubts my daughter had about coming to NLFG.My daughter had just been through an ordeal, wasn’t feeling well & hadn’t eaten, her stomach was upset for days. She was emotional & scared.Patrice made this worse. She kept telling me I needed to leave so she could move on with her day &that we were taking up too much of her time.WOW!She treated me like a mother dropping her toddler off to Sun school, like my daughter would continue to be upset as long as I was there. So against my own judgment,l left.Only to be called 15 mins later to come get my daughter bc she allegedly said she was having thoughts of self harm.My daughter told Patrice she felt light headed like she was going to pass out,bc she hadn’t eaten. But Patrice loved this reason &ran with it &said,”your daughter needs more help than we can give here”.My daughter told me when I picked her up that Patrice kept saying,”l can’t deal with this, this is too much”.How is it too much to give a scared young woman who’s just been through Hell some love, understanding & compassion?!Patrice did not show my daughter the love of Jesus!Even her prayer stunk! She prayed with us in the office and again at the car. Both times I got a bad feeling because it was just an act.She said the right words but her cold heart wasn’t in it.She assured me she would give me back the 140$ &that someone would call me but I have yet to receive a call. She took my daughters license and SSN info &never returned any of her discharge paperwork we gave her from detox.l’ve emailed Patrice twice asking can she please mail the paperwork to us & I’ve gottenNO RESPONSE.I know God isn’t pleased with this outcome &the actions of Patrice &I hope she knows how serious this is &repents &doesn’t treat others like this.I’ve told my people at church, who have known my daughter her whole life &they will be calling &reporting this situation as well.My daughter is only 20yrs old &has loved Jesus since she was 8 &is born again&baptized. She fell in with the wrong people&got caught up in things she never wanted to be involved in.NLFG could have been a good place for my daughter to recover &move on from the trauma she experienced but bc of the way Patrice handled it, she is not there.I do not recommend dealing with this individual.PERIOD.She is a liar &a thief!
