I've been going here for a little while now and NEVER had any issues so far, they have been very caring and if I have any thing I need to vent about or open up and tell my counselor she listens to me and is straight up & don't sugar coat nothing if I need advise .. You are not judged by any staff there they want to ACTUALLY HELP & not just dope u up (like a other place I'm not going to mention) but it's a very clean facility, they were understaffed there for a Lil bit but u k ow what they all did what they had to do to keep the place on track !! I give this place great props 👏!!

I have been going there since april10, 2019 I havent used in Over a yearAnd the last three drops that I have had tested positive for fentyal I have not used that fentylal I will take that to the grave with me I have not bought anything off the streets that were laced with fent. So nothing has been bought off the street that would have my drug test become positive for anything at all other then my own script

I attended this place for 4 months and was treated rudely on numerous occasions. Look. I understand a business that’s busy or even “understaffed” but the complete lack of care and overall level of service provided was below stAndard and down right offensive at times I will be filing a report and I have taken my findings to the News-Press of Ft Myer. Some actual details of proof of this actual eyewitness account of MINE the counselor there by the name of Joslyn, there must be more training for these workers as it’s not helpful and in some cases even a detriment to our recovery… As well this is a very serious time for patients dealing with addiction it’s another PANDEMIC THE OPIOD PANDEMIC but yet at this establishment patients such as myself treated poorly. As if all this wasn’t maddening enough I am a U.S Army Vet served at Ft Campbell KY in the 101st airborne and yet I feel as if I am a sickness to your “nurses” I don’t expect any response my counselor was Maria and she was lovely but the “nurses”at the windows pharmacy is horrendous.

This place started out great. Gave me a chance to start a normal sober life. As soon as I was stable and started to build a life for myself and my family they completely took it all. Never once had a positive drug screen. They took all my take homes from me because they never entered me in to earn them due to COVID I was given them. As soon as COVID was over they were gone with our warning. I lost my job I am now losing everything I have worked so hard for. I am sorry I ever started here. If I wasn’t this strong I would have relapsed. If I could give zero stars I would.
