I don't understand the bad reviews. Their rehab unit was great. The food was OK and the dining staff was helpful. Nurses were OK and were strictly legal. Sometimes hard to get service. Staff seemed to need more hands. The social director, Debbie, was nice, fun and awesome. I have had better service in LaGrange, but there are no beds and I've been on the waiting list too long. So, I will try to get back here. Besides, I made a few friends and the place is suitable and all around good.

Wish I could give no stars it’s the worst place for your loved ones. Out of all the staff I dealt with there were 3 women who were amazing and went above and beyond to try to help but Dr. Primrose is part of the reason why my grandma is no longer with us! Never would recommend this place even to my worst enemy!

My mother has been a patient here for~ 5 years. Overall the staff are great. My complaint is with the food. You would think that if you pay a place ALL except $50 of a person's income, somehow they would be fed food better than, not worse than prisoners. Therefore, I bring in a lot of food for her so that she will not be hungry.

Do not send any one you care about here. The staff there are cold and unfriendly to be in a human service profession. My grandma only needed help going to the bathroom at night (fall risk) and this place wouldn't even assist her. My relative went here and the night staff gave her a pill for insomnia, which she never had. The pill was a strong hallucin and my grandma was never the same. They turn your relatives into zombies here. Your loved one will end up with no mobility, slurred speach, and they will act loopy. The rouse is they give insomnia medicine to patients who have to go to the bathroom at night so they don't have to work during the night. The night staff just doesn't want to work and make up lies such as your relative was agitated and we gave her something to sleep-this is code for we will dope your relative up so the night staff can do nothing and sleep or whatever they call themselves doing or not doing. this place should be reported to the state. The people are all bed ridden there. Advocate for the people you love. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE....it's a horrible horrible place. The staff there will kill your loved one. Pray for the poor souls that unfortunately have to stay there... Jesus 🙏!!! This rating should be negative 900. Horrible place!
