Auriah Robinson5 StarI was at Newport Academy for 2 months after a crisis and had a really powerful experience. I had a great clinical team that helped me heal and grow as a person. All the staff were super positive, professional, engaging, and invested in the program. They all work really hard to create a safe and supportive environment, and I felt safe their during my entire stay. The food was good and therapy groups were fun and helpful. Living there I learned so many new skills and my mental health improved a lot. Going through the program had lasting effects and since I discharged, I have been a happier, stable, and more productive person. My experience there helped me regain a sense of who I am and I am grateful for the staff there every day.Sunday 20th March 2022
kera5 Stargoing to newport was one of the best decisions my family made. the therapists and care coordinators are very good at making newport a safe environment for both healing and growth. if you are on the fence about going to newport i would 100% tell you to commit to the process because you will absolutely see results.Thursday 17th March 2022

Maya Washington5 StarThis place was really memorable for me! It's a time where you can disconnect from the craziness of life for a month and spend time doing some sweet self-care. The staff were wonderful and professional, and I didn't anticipate making friends but I made lots of lasting friendships with the wonderful group of girls at the Rez. I hope they get a yoga instructor. There was supposed to be one, apparently, but while I was there, there wasn't. Minor detail. It'd be wonderful if they'd get the piano repaired and tuned too.Sunday 29th September 2019
A Carl5 StarI was admitted to Res12 in Dec 2013 until Jan2nd 2014. My counselor was Jen Taylor. I loved it there!! My only regret was that it wasn't a 90 day program!! I had to to be discharged a few days early due to resp/bronchitis. The staff was so wonderful!! The nurse (victoria) was a godsend --- I loved ALL THE STAFF (esp marni who did the massages!!! This is the ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR TREATMENT!!! I had tears in my eyes when I left!!! Thank you, Res12, for what you did for me, and all the support you gave me !!! I love you all!!!!Saturday 7th March 2020
