Welcome to NextStep Orlando, Marlon! Marlon was just injured in ATV accident while he was out riding with his family this past February. He suffered a T12-L1 burst fracture but comes into NextStep ready to put in the work each session with lots of positive energy. We love to see it! In 2009, our facility opened its doors to the public to provide hope and recovery for people living with paralysis. Based in Orlando, Florida, NextStep Orlando is a state-of-the-art paralysis recovery center, that is dedicated to meeting individuals various recovery needs. Come out and join us for a spectacular day of golf on Saturday May 14th at Dubsdread Golf Course in Orlando, Florida. $125 golfer registration fee includes Continental breakfast & Boxed lunch (on course), 2 Drink tickets and a goodie bag. A fun filled day of golf packed with vendors, food/drink,... Specializing in Activity-Based Paralysis Recovery, we are the only non-profit paralysis recovery center in the SouthEast to become an approved Community Fitness & Wellness Affiliate of the NeuroRecovery Network, supported by the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation!We offer Locomotor Treadmill Training, Advanced Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation, Guided exercises, do -it -yourself gym for those seeking therapy and recovery from paralysis.

As a caregiver of a SCI patient I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the moment you come in you have their full attention and expertise guiding you through your workout. My client is beyond thrilled with her time spent here last week. We had a wonderful experience working with their staff and getting to do things we don't have an opportunity to do at home. We will be back!

Next Step Orlando is my "gym away from home" when we winter in Florida and I'm so happy to have found it! The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, allowing clients, family members and staff to get to know and be comfortable with each other. The space is filled with equipment that the trainers utilize on specific objective areas agreed upon with each individual client. Usually an aide is available to help with lifts and setting up and can often advance to become a trainer. Much positive reinforcement is evident within a serious but fun atmosphere. I highly recommend Next Step Orlando!

NextStep Orlando has been an amazing blessing to our family. The staff has been so helpful with or visit from Atlanta. The energy and expertise at the facility made us really comfortable with the care provided for our 12 year old daughter. They have essential, quality equipment. I would recommend NextSteps to anyone in need of physical rehab due to Spinal cord and/or other traumatic injuries. I look forward to return.
