Since the day I arrived I was treated with utmost respect. The nursing staff was professional and helpful. The aides were friendly and made you feel you were not a burden. I feel I received the best physical and occupational therapy so I could safely return to my home. The facility is clean and the food is good. I am glad I chose this facility for my rehabilitation and would definitely refer this facility to others.

My uncle who was 92 years old was admitted about 60 days ago with multiple problems. From the first day he received tremendous care from entire staff. Communication between staff and family was outstanding would recommend to anyone looking to place someone who needs long term care

My 90 year old mother entered this rehab with an 8 inch incision in her abdomen due to colon cancer surgery. At admission everything seemed to go smoothly. From there it was downhill.She was left to lie in her bed after repeatedly pushing her button for help to the bathroom until she would call me to have me call the desk to tell them to go help her. She then, figured out how to get herself out of bed and to the bathroom without help.Very dangerous. No one noticed that her legs and feet were three times their normal size,even after squeezing her feet into her shoes,until I pointed that out. No one check her incision, not even the doctor who only saw her once. No one changed the bandage! My mother’s incision became so infected that the discharge was running out of the bandage and down her side. That was when, finally that evening, after she told someone in the morning, her incision was check and she was immediately transported to the local hospital. I realize that there is shortness of staff and some staff worked much harder than others but this should not have been.Needless to say after her time in the hospital, she did not return to that rehab!! On a good note the physical therapist and occupational therapist did their jobs and were very good.

Great care for my brother who is a long term resident. I feel very fortunate to have him cared for by everyone there. During covid, I got updated calls from a staff member telling me his status. Very compassionate staff.

Not good!! Very poor food. Service from aides very slow. Bed very uncomfortable. Hope I never see this place again.
