My time at North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has been absolutely wonderful! They have such a concern for their residents and go above and beyond the norm. I feel so secure and at home here. The decor of North Dade Nursing is beautiful. I love the paintings and the gorgeous furniture. Thank you for making my new home such a beautiful place to live. The staff is very friendly and genuinely concerned about residents’ care and services. The food is excellent, we joke that it’s the reason we come visit Mom. Mom loves all of the ongoing activities, especially the painting classes. We are so pleased to have our mother as a resident of North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. We know she is well taken care of and will continue to have quality of life.”

During this pandemic, they always been on communication with ours. Notifying all my uncle progress and changes. They call every week and after they reopen we have a visitation every week. My Father was transferred here from another facility that was great but because of personal issues he was transferred to this horrible place. Waiting for he’s second surgery because he had Mersa in a few occasions and was treated for this on time at the other facility. He started having lost of pain again and I advised everyone including doctors that the Merca had came back. He started getting worse with lost of pain and I advised everyone that the Merca was back. To make a long story short I was there on January 4, 2020 and he was not feeling well and in a lot of pain. 4 hours later I was called that he had passed away and they had found him in the bathroom. I am sorry that I don’t have names of the people that was in his care Starting with supervisors I came in contact with and nurses are rude, unprofessional and unethical. This place needs to be investigated and closed down for the filthiness and conditions in which they keep their patients. My prayers go out to the these patients that have to be in this place during this epidemic that is occurring. Please don’t take your loved ones there.
