J1 StarThese people are a joke! I have never in my life had a reason to be failed on a drug screen. Since my temp was in the higher side (still within tolerance at 99) I was failed. These people were rude, didn’t check my I’d, and handled my sample without gloves. They facility called my perspective employer with concerns of an illegitimate test (thankfully my new employer isn’t ignorant). This company is not on the up and up. A failed test is inevitable at this facility. Do you’re self a favor and find another testing facility, because I’m not the only one that’s has this specific problem, nor the only bad review.Thursday 7th April 2022

She made a rude comment about me being dehydrated and said she didn’t like the temperature so she failed me. I called her and asked why she didn’t test and she screamed and yelled and at me that she knows her job then hung up on me! Worst place ever she needs to retire she’s super unprofessional.Monday 14th March 2022

I called beforehand to make sure I could do an employer drug screen without an appointment and headed over.
I did not know only one person was operating the place and I didn’t catch her name. She was friendly from the phone call all the way to the end. There were some numbers on the paperwork that I did have to read off for her to enter into her computer system, as she couldn’t quite see it herself. Also, she never looked at my ID to verify I was the same person listed on the paperwork.
What really caught me off guard was when she handled my sample without wearing gloves. It made me internally question cleanliness and sample integrity and is the main reason for tipping the scale for a neutral grade.Friday 12th November 2021
