I have been receiving treatment at this facility since august 2020 and I have a number of complaints. 1.) even in crisis, I have not been offered proper care and treatment. I have experienced numerous occasions where my appointments were canceled last second. This includes both case managers and therapists. 2.) The therapist I have been seeing has made me fall back and refuses to acknowledge my feelings. There has been more than a few instances where she offers no level of sympathy or understanding. She will only talk about what she wants to talk about which often more than not ends up with her judging me. 3.) And lastly, I have been offered no information or ways to help myself in therapy after the first 3 months. Bottom line is, if you don't fit their IV drug user, pregnant woman, or mother with minor children criteria then you will not receive the therapy you may need.

The staff has been great for the most part. The case managers and counselors are caring, personable, and professional. They keep their appointments and don't cancel at the last minute. Something to keep in mind is that they are there to help--not necessarily be your friend, which sometimes means telling you things you don't want to hear. But it is done in a compassionate way and with your best interests in mind.

I would exhaust all other options especially if you have crisis happening. Even if you have to drive far. The director also is very insensitive and unapologetic for any failures that happen on their part. The most unprofessional care I've experienced for my child.

Unprofessional don't follow their own policies and don't even bother to take the time to review past records to help diagnose and treat the patient. You have to make 4 appointments before you see a doctor. None of these appointments help the patient if they don't get past medical records.Tell the patient not to come back until they are ready for treatment?? Since when is this treatment for mentally ill patients?? Last time I looked up mental illness until you are on the correct medicine the patient doesn't necessary cooperate and talk to counselors. So 4 appointments later you see the doctor and they don't tell you when you make the appointment you don't actually physically see the doctor. The doctor is on the computer. Mental illness needs real treatment. Sorry unprofessional and all about $$$$ not helping patients. Mom of patient.
