Anyone can be referred to the Northeastern Counseling for services - a professional referral is not necessary. To access services, please come into the Roosevelt or Vernal offices during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) and request services (for yourself or another individual). This information is confidential.
The receptionist you speak with will give you some paperwork
that needs to be completed before the Intake can be scheduled. If it is an emergency you will be offered an opportunity to speak with an emergency crisis clinician.
During the intake appointment, a clinician will gather information through a confidential interview. This interview will last approximately one hour. The clinician will then present the case to the clinical team who will make recommendations for services.
You can complete this paperwork
and bring it in before your first appointment.

Frost Blackmoon1 StarLiars first and foremost they are liars.
I've been a client there for about 23 years now I've had my money go through them for a while and it's just been horrible I've been lied to but when I stand up for myself I am lectured about how I shouldn't be this way.
This place has a ton of other bad reviews
And I'm not the person to come on the internet to make reviews in the first place
This place either needs to be put out of business or it needs to have a serious look at by people above I've been lied about my Social Security multiple times and now I'm starting to prove that I've been lied to and it's getting more difficult these people are rude it takes forever to get an appointment and I can just continue going.
Do not go to this place they are liars and they will manipulate youFriday 18th February 2022
Clarke Kline1 StarThis counseling center gets a lot of referrals from dcfs. If you're someone who is in that situation then be careful trusting the therapists here
They will violate your rights disclosing confident information to the caseworker
Therapist here will take dcfs side over yours. Even tho they are your therapist they are just another set of eyes and ears for dcfs. They will disclose eveything you say in confidential sessions.
If you want to talk to a therapist and get help then this isnt that place. Find somewhere else.Tuesday 19th January 2021
Desiree Walker5 StarThis place is amazing! I love Tiara and Sommer. I went 3 and a half years in the Navy trying to get the right diagnosis. And in a matter of a few months I got a diagnosis. I am so glad they didn't diagnose me right away. They wanted to get to know me before they officially diagnosed me. We figured out I lost myself in the Navy and that I needed to rebuild myself. I really feel like anyone who didnt like Northeastern should have given it a chance. No business is perfect, they are allowed good and bad days. Trust me, when it really counts, they are there. Thank you Northeastern. ❤Wednesday 21st August 2019
Aubrey Gonzalez1 StarThe front desk sucks. They are so rude and do not know how to talk to people at all. Their scheduling is all over the place and just a terrible, terrible clinic.Wednesday 10th February 2021
