We have tried a few times now to schedule counseling services for a family member and we are told every time we will receive a call back, with information to schedule an appointment but have received no calls.

We arrived at 10:00 for my sons dental appointment and the doors were locked. Had to call them to have someone open the door for us. My sons appointment was at 10:15 and they didn’t get us in till 10:35. Their excuse is they had an all staff meeting this morning. Nothing was posted at all! So now that’s gonna make me about another 30min late for work. Very inconsiderate, maybe think of the patients a little more!

I recently moved to Ashland and visited NorthLakes Community Clinic in Downtown Ashland to establish care. The facility was able to schedule an appointment with a nurse practitioner quickly. Upon arrival at the facility everyone was very friendly. Also, everything is new and clean. My only frustration was that nobody at NorthLakes told me that since I was seeing a nurse practitioner in lieu of a primary care physician, my insurance would not longer cover the visit 100%. I requested a doctor appointment and was given a practitioner. Unfortunately, that caused me to have a large bill for the visit. I take some responsibility for not double checking that all providers are covered at NorthLakes, but I wish their staff would have given me a heads up.
