My mom has been in this facility 3 times now, twice for rehab only, the third time I had to make a difficult decision to have her stay long term. Northland made that tough decision a little easier for me because we were already familiar with several of the key staff here and loved them and how they cared for my Momma. Special shout outs to Ariel, Crystal, Marcus and the special folks in rehab. Sarah, Ben, Carlos, and many more. I thank you all for treating my Mom like she’s your family as well.

My mother has been in rehab for a week after breaking her hip. She’s has dementia as well. The staff has been wonderful with her. She is progressing every day. Very pleased with rehab with just a week into it. Kitchen needs to figure it out. Missed and messed up meals. I don’t understand what is soo hard to fill a ordered meal. Laundry missing clothes. Stopped having them wash her clothes. Can’t afford to replace more clothes. Asked 3 times for her laundry. Finally got most of it back still missing several items.

Hi this is Joanna Bogert sharing my feedback on my experience here overall it has been absolutely great downright phenomenal my aids have been first rate pleasant enjoyable unique and absolutely delightful just a couple of times I felt like I waited longer than I should’ve had to for some help in the wee hours of the morning other than that it’s been terrific PT is fabulous the food is good the aids are like I said earlier are just remarkable and I recommend this facility highly

The staff was so friendly! They took care of my mom just as good as I needed them and wanted them too ! Every time I went to see my mom I filled out the normal visitor paperwork and the front desk ladies were so nice to me ! One of her nurses was Crystal and she was the best !! Definitely would recommend using this place if your loved ones needs rehab !
