NPR was definitely a “10 is zen”. I have never been surrounded by so much kindness in my life. This includes the nurses, techs, counselors, and fellow recovery mates. I built such a useful box of tools to help deal with life in sobriety. I fully endorse NPR to anyone thinking of making the life changing move of inpatient recovery.

North Point and the staff they have are AMAZING!! They really know what they’re doing and how to work with and challenge those who come in beat down and broken! I recently completed my 28 day treatment at NPR. This place literally saved my life. The staff is top notch. It's so amazing to me that there can be so many loving, compassionate and caring people working in one facility. This includes: the director, counselors, techs, and nurses. Not to mention the connection that was built with peers during my stay there. I absolutely know I was in the right place in my time of needing the guidance to regain sober living. I am looking forward to continuing my therapy through the IOP program in the weeks ahead that I start last night. Again, from the bottom of my heart ❤️, thank you so much everyone at NPR that has impacted my life. It has truly been an experience I will never forget. Hello! I finished my 28 day in-patient program at Northpoint on December 10th, 2021. This is my 4 rehabilitation program to complete (first at Northpoint) during my 10 year journey in long term recovery, which includes a 1 year in-patient program in Washington state. That means I have a good baseline by which to measure this program. Hands down, Northpoint provided the best services I've ever received. The counselors are educated and engaged. The nursing team is caring and clinical. And the doctors and psych team are solid. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this program to any one ready to get help. Not to mention, they've broke ground on a larger and better facility to help them expand their reach and quality of services. My experience was so good, that I plan to always stay connected and involved in the recovery community that Northpoint has cultivated in the Treasure Valley area. Stay hopeful, Dylan

I was so overwhelmed and grateful by the supportive and understanding culture provided each moment of the day by the staff and operations. I never wanted to leave! They became and remain like family to me in my recovery.
