Cassandra Poole1 StarInappropriate staff. My husband checked into this place and I immediately started hearing about how the female staff on the all-male side were wearing yoga pants and tank tops. My husband, being happily married, didn't appreciate how the staff flirts with clients and shows off their bodies in what is supposed to be a medical setting. Needless to say he checked out and went to another rehab. There was also ZERO detox support. Maybe the staff and the facility has recently changed but this was essentially a place with incompetent staff and it was a complete waste of money. Advice: train your staff and make your website more clear as to what services you offer and what you don't.Wednesday 22nd September 2021

At Sandstone Care we often utilize their gender specific residential care which combines an innovative clinical program with a serene and therapeutic living environment. Their longstanding clinical director created a program which supports the client in both mind and body. They have great accessibility, taking most major insurance options and providing a streamlined admissions process. As one of the referral coordinators for Sandstone Care, I have been impressed with the ease of getting individuals into treatment with them. Patrick Raymond4 StarI want to start by saying I've been sober since March 1st, 2020. I went into residential treatment about a week before discussion's of quarantine and mask wearing were heating up. The program started out great. After about a week, the news of Covid took over everything and with it being an unpresident time, things more or less devolved into chaos at treatment. During that time information was confusing at best. Treatment was almost nonexistent, certain staff were forced to stay home out of caution. Family visitation was canceled. It was difficult for everyone involved. With that being said and looking back, northstar staff stayed as committed as they could and should not be faulted for what happened. Overall the residential program is beautiful and it was a very introspective and informative experience.Monday 15th February 2021
