I found the staff to be very professional, helpful and concerned. The office help often makes me regret an otherwise fine office but in this case the people at the desk are also very nice, helpful and polite. The PT guy I have (Dan) gave me some exercises for my neck which are already helping. His explanations of the exercises as to why they are anatomically the way to go were easy to understand and make the whole process seem more in the patient's (my) control. Look, it's early in my treatment. Will I get better? Dunno yet and will post to this review in a few months. But whether the PT works for me or not, either way I think I know this place enough now to give it a very high recommendation.

Don't use this place! Beyond a horror! Staff is beyond rude & unprofessional. All they do is mask what is going on with a patient instead of trying to correct their problems. To them, this is a quick place for Good Sam hospital to dump off patients that they want to push out of the hospital.
