I wish I could rate this place no stars. This place is pure garbage. They don’t want to help anyone. They’ll prescribe you medication that your dependent on and if u happen to make them mad they will Visio about you and make your life impossible. If anyone has Information on who I could to about the discrimination I would be grateful. I had recordings of the bad treatment.

I spoke with Terry at the clinic today. There is no longer a waiting list. Terry was professional, courteous, and informative. My husband and I are more than likely going to be transferring to this clinic. I would like to publicly change my opinion about this clinic and thank them for all their help. I hope that my husband and I have finally found the right clinic for us.

Last year the director confronted me regarding a critique I wrote on her. She was quite angry. Which you're not supposed to retaliate. She has outdone herself this time. I came in to perform a drug screen for June. I had all of my bottles with me as I was going to try to receive my remaining take outs. I suggested completing a bottle check even though there was no call back and had already dosed. The nurse should not have initiated the procedure as this is against protocol. Apparently the bottle checks have to be random, but I didn't know this and suggested a bottle check only because last year they procrastinated so bad that I had to do 2 in December. Why would I even suggest a check if I had ANYTHING to hide? So she checked the bottles... sometimes pull back labels to check the level of liquid and on one such bottle the label had pink stain from the liquid. When opened, in front of staff, the seal had a tiny opening thus leaking. This has happened before more so at sister clinics, It was a real problem. All the bottles weighed slightly different, but this one was slightly more off. She failed the bottle check and I felt targeted, because I know she still feels resentful to me. She's already retaliated against me in the past. The purpose of MMT is to accommodate us in normalizing and stabilizing our lives with compassion, not create stressors that pull us back to relapse. Ego, of any participants in these endeavors HAS NO PLACE HERE. I went in to debate this and brought my daughter as a witness having signed a release. When my daughter confronted here on interrupting me, she asked her to leave. You would have thought ms director would start beating her chest as she tyranically raged about this being her clinic. Major god complex. She made a fool of herself. After the fact, she continued to talk over me mocking everything I confronted her with There is no question that her view of patients is jaded from a penal system type judgement of us. The nurse also knowingly violated protocol and voiced a similar attitude. This staff works for us . And should treat us with respect accordingly. I AM AWAITING A CORPORATE CALL TO RESOLVE THIS. I'd also like to add that since they failed my bottle check, I will have to come in every single day for 30 days. Keep in mind I am over 60 and have chronic bronchitis, therefore in a high risk group. Not that these people care. I've forked over 10s of thousands to New Seasons over the years and been a MODEL patient, and you people don't even care if I live or die. EDIT: Went and weighed all of my still-sealed bottles on a brand new freshly calibrated kitchen scale. Sure enough, they were all off. They are supposed to be 34 grams. The nurse at clinic didn't weigh all of my bottles, only 3: one weighed 34, one 33, and one 31. She failed me for the one that said 31. I weighed the sealed ones that she DIDN'T weigh (you can tell then apart by the dates), and one was TWENTY NINE. A SEALED BOTTLE. THEY ARE ALREADY OFF WHEN I GET THEM BECAUSE YOUR SCALES ARE MESSED UP AND YOU ARE PUNISHING PEOPLE FOR IT!!! This is a very powerful narcotic we are dealing with. Calibrate. Your. Equipment. And. Pay. Attention. To. What. You're. Doing.

They’re not taking any more patients right now but they’ll put you on their waiting list. People are dying but they’ll put you on their Waiting list. I have never heard of anything like this in my life and it sickens me. What are people supposed to do just do heroin until they’re taking new patients again?
