This establishment is "Heaven Sent." The staff are like angels on earth. I was experiencing a very difficult time in my life, and the care and empathy I received are beyond words. Exceptional service. They made me feel like a celebrity. Each encounter was personalized and tailored to my needs. The team here is extraordinary. All I can say is they need a standing novation because this is the example of QUALITY CARE. First I must say from the time that I stepped into the Lansdowne Nova Care office I felt welcome and comfortable. My therapist Joe is the best!!! Joe is kind and a very compassionate person. He takes his time with me and answers any and all my questions . The other staff there are very courteous and attentive, they all help each other out. Great staff!!! Thanks Joe for being my therapist.

Physical Therapy is difficult enough without having to worry about where to go and whether or not you will be comfortable with the outcome. I can say after experiencing PT multiple times( most recently to prepare for an upcoming ACL repair surgery) NovaCare Rehabilitation in Lansdowne is hands down the best choice I could have made. I owe my success to the extraordinary team and the hard work they do on a daily basis. I was teamed up with David (he prefers “Dave” FYI) and from the very first day I walked in the facility and met him I felt at ease. The level of professionalism is top notch without compromising making the client feel like family. I do not think I would have been approved for my ACL repair surgery without Dave and the work we have been able to accomplish. He as well as the entire team are motivating and I would highly recommend this facility and especially Dave to anyone in need of this type of treatment! I am so very grateful and definitely will be returning for my post-op PT as well!!
