This location is outstanding. I have been treated here four times and have always received excellent care. The last three rounds, Megan Gerhart was my therapist. She makes you feel comfortable and answers any questions or issues you may have. She is very personable thus the hour flies by. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking physical therapy.

Love the Rockledge location. The PT Megan Gerhart is absolutely awesome. She is very knowledgeable and her therapy sessions definitely are designed with your particular needs taken into consideration. Would recommend this location and this therapist to anyone inquiring

My PT specialist Wai Yee took the time with patience and understanding to help me feel like myself again. He even gave me back exercises for homework which strengthened my back, and gave me better mobility. My dreams of being an athlete again are within reach thanks to a wonderful staff at Nova Care! I highly recommend anyone go to Nova Care if your goal is to feel better!

Made an appointment two weeks ago to begin physical therapy on a surgically repaired clavicle and a partially torn rotator cuff. Provided my Medicare information when I made the appointment. Completed paperwork in advance of my appointment which included my attorney's name address and phone number. Left work early anxious to begin PT as prescribed by my doctor only to be told that that NovaCare location would not accept a Medicare patient with anticipated litigation. Now my PT is delayed. I am in pain. Not as much as a simple phone call or text to me to explain their policy to prevent me from missing work and affording me the opportunity to begin PT elsewhere. Very inconsiderate.
