I had a shoulder replacement and my doctor gave me exercises for therapy. It was Melissa Toy’s job to make sure I was doing these exercises properly. I found her to be very informative, easy to understand, and thorough. She also was professional and supportive. She has a great personality and is therefore someone a patient would strive to please. This seems to be the atmosphere of this facility. I would definitely recommend their services!

Tori is the best! A pleasure to go to therapy! She is upbeat, fun and very experienced in her work! My family members have all worked with Tori one time or another. We are all back doing what we love, because of Tori’s expertise! Sandy is also great in the front… very knowledgeable of insurance and always very pleasant. A great PT Facility for sure!!

From the first phone call with, with Sandy (who was extremely kind and helpful) to register......I have felt completely at ease, at Nova. Tori is very good at her job. Her goal to get you back to your old self, after surgery is evident.........and she treats you as a person, not just another patient. Tori is clearly concerned with each individual patient and takes the time to make sure you have everything you need, to make your experience at Nova a positive one and that is comforting. She really cares. I immediately felt comfortable knowing she was part of my team. Dan, who is also a part of my team, is also great at his job. Again, I felt very comfortable with him. Dan is personable and kind. He listens to you and pays attention. He is aware of your limitations. Each day that I go for my rehab, he has put together a series of strengthening exercises designed just for me. Every day is different. Dan is a wonderful addition to Nova. I highly recommend NovaCare Rehabilitation. This team will have you back to your best self, in no time.

Friendly clean great therapists Would go no where else. Very close to home. I have went twice for 2 knee replacements. Front desk is an easy processes and so friendly.
