The most unprofessional front office staff I've encountered with Novant. My son was recommended to work with an OT for 12 weeks with 1 appointment each week. I made all 12 appointments on the same phone call only to find out the staff changed and moved HALF of them on their own free will without never even notifying me. This is the 3rd time I've driven 40 minutes for the appointment only to have them tell me that my appointment wasn't at that time when I know d*MN well the dates and times I set. This location is way out of the way for my busy family, for them to just make changes is unacceptable. I cannot wait for my appointments to be over, I'll go anywhere else but here again if I have to. If you get referred here ask if there's ANYWHERE else you can go.

Billing is insanely high, like triple other providers that offer the same services. They wont tell you the cost upfront either. When you call to discuss your bill you are given the generic billing line and they say its "coded" correctly and your dispute is over and the bill is correct.

Brought my son just to be told he needed a referral from the ENT. The ENT said he didn’t need one but gave us one anyway, thankfully. Made another appointment.. I live 40 minutes away, got caught in traffic on 85 which made us late by 15 minutes so they would not see us. 2 times now I have drove up here for no reason!!! And I overheard the guy next to us checking in was literally late by 1 minute and was told they could not be seen either! Ridiculous!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible communication. Believe the reviews! Made an appointment, drove an HOUR to find out we needed a referral, called got the referral and papers they needed sent over, signed release forms etc and NOTHING was enough for the audiologist, Michelle Podboreski Finnin. They turned my daughter away…. We will not be back!

They will not pick up the phone. I see it's a common issue after looking at reviews and speaking to other patients. I've called several times and never gotten through or a callback. I had to press the option for billing today to actually get help regarding an appt.
