Jane Doe3 StarI am giving this facility 3 stars because although I am satisfied with the care I received from the physical therapist at this facility, I will not be returning due to the negative experience I had with their awful scheduler- Deloria maybe? I called to cancel an appointment I had due to financial issues I was having (I am on a high deductible plan, so each session is around $150-200 out of pocket until I meet my deductible) and called to cancel my appointment. This scheduler was extremely rude and short with me during this conversation, almost as if my canceling my appointment due to financial reasons alone was a personal attack on her. I will not be subjected to this in the future and will definitely NOT be returning to this location due to this experience alone.Wednesday 18th July 2018
