Christine Kim3 StarWaited 4 months for consultation and provider called in sick. I called to reschedule and told that I would be contacted back when schedule available. No one has called me to reschedule. I ended up getting consultation elsewhere. Poor follow up and long wait time.Monday 19th July 2021
Kelley Cook1 StarI had no problem with the doctor, but be aware that this is NOT a specialist. They will bill you as a "hospital" which will apply to most deductibles. You will walk away with a large bill. I recommend finding an audiologist that is recognized as a specialist!Friday 18th January 2019
Brian Bird1 StarVery unorganized. Some therapists are good, others horrible. My appointments were to be 45 minutes long - Only went 20 minutes, was given internet print out routines to do at home, and was told "there's not much more we can do right now". Some therapists seem to not care about your issues at all and try to push patients out as fast as possible. Don't waste your time or money here.Friday 23rd March 2018
