I was disbelieving when Sandra Lee, my PT at NRH, told me when I began working with her six weeks ago that I would be walking without a cane and driving again after my stroke. Yet, with her consistent physical and mental help, I returned yesterday to the YMCA gym, started walking my dog again, and am regaining my life. Sandra's good cheer, positive attitude, and focus on my progress have been invaluable. It underscores the quality and professionalism of NRH Rehab for which I am very grateful.

I highly recommend the medical care at the NRH Rehab Network in Bethesda. The care has been outstanding and the services are excellent with a first rate support staff. The front desk is organized, pleasant and efficient with no significant delays. The physical therapist, Christina Garcia, is extremely knowledgeable and all my questions are answered. It is a convenient location with adequate parking. Overall, everything is a positive experience.

Although, I have just been in therapy for a couple weeks and have several more to go, I am feeling better. Being treated for a herniated disc in hope of avoiding surgery is my goal and with this team it appears to be attainable, thanks to Cristina R Garcia and the staff. I believe my condition will continue to improve as I continue with therapy. Thanks for a job well done. CTA

Davina (My PT) was knowledgeable and didn’t waste any time getting me to work. She also assured me that my safety was important. The best thing she did was carry on as if I’d walk again without giving me false hope. I appreciated that.
