As I try to call for patient information I was constantly cut off! How is this very well for the patients? I can't wait to visit the facility to see if it's just as bad as I've been told!

This place is terrible, my family got a call from our grandmothers hospice nurse and were told that she’s going to pass soon and a private room would be set up for us to visit with her in her last moments. When we got here we waited for over an hour to get in and we’re told only two people at a time could go in to see her so we would have to take turns. The director spoke to us with false empathy and kept finding reasons to keep us waiting outside. I don’t recommend anyone bring their family members here for care, it’s a decision you’ll definitely regret.

Run- don't walk-- as far away as possible. The care and apathy towards patients borders on abuse. Staff is mostly unresponsive to requests. They do not always provide the needed diet, nor the needed rehab. Patients had to wait hours to receive restroom assistance. They did not even notice Dad's marked deterioration yesterday, and did not get him to the hospital till it was too late. We had been trying to get him moved to another facility, but Grace has refused for 6 days now to provide the necessary referral papers.

If I could put negative stars. I would. My grandmother, God bless her, is 94 years beautiful. She is one of the most active people I know. I literally make jokes that the woman will out live me. 2 weeks ago, she was admitted to the hospital for pneumonia... after a week of the medications, it was discovered that she had some issues with her legs. The hospital reached out to a few rehabilitation centers for her to be transferred to in order for her to receive the physical therapy she needed. She was only here maybe a max 2 hours ... within that time frame. She pressed the nurse call button for 30 minutes before a young woman came in. She said shed be right back and disappeared again. My grandmother could not breathe and was in extreme pain. The entire 1 hour she was trying to get ahold of a nurse or medical assistant. The ignorant employees were chatting it up in the hall at the desk like a social gathering. All which could be heard from my grandmother's room. By the time my grandfather and a neighbor got there, my grandmother was white as a ghost. He called paramedics cause again the idiots working there did nothing. They transported her back to the hospital where they discovered she was bleeding internally. The bruise she received from the bleed was 2 feet I'm diameter. When the paramedics got there, all the little gossip girls from the desk were standing in the doorway with their mouths wide open unaware of what went wrong. Because of their negligence. My grandmother was minutes from death. It would have been their fault for ignoring her. Do not. Please do not send someone you care about to this facility. They lack professional clinical knowledge, basic common sense and human decency.

Heard great things about this place before placing my dad there for a few days of respite care. To my disappointment they refused to retake my dad, which has Alzheimer's & balance issues within other health issues, after his first stay of a few days there due to "frequent" falls. I would of thought they would be trained and prepared to care for him or anyone with his needs. At home he has a bed alarm & my constant supervision for when he barely can't walk or when he needs to get up etc. Even though with the Alzheimer's my dad tends to lay on the floor a lot @ home thinking he is "fixing cars" or just sleep & I help him back up and guide him to his bed or chair. **Maybe Grace Healthcare is lacking staff or training... Other than that the place seems clean, smells clean and the little bit I spoke with some of the staff there they all seemed nice.
