THEE ABSOLUTE WORST FACILITY EVER My mom was diagnosed with CV so this was one of the very few facilities that would accept her. The very first week my mom was they food was stolen from her bag by one of the staff. The director (Melissa) does not address issues not return phone calls. I found a better nursing home to transfer my mom to but we kept getting the run around about her transfer. Even the administrator at the home she was transferring to saw how difficult they were. Visitation has to be done in a lobby which is open to public. There are many more incidents that occurred while she was there so I will continue to post daily to let you guys know. Avoid this place at all cost. there were only 2 nice people there... that is sad.

I just was there for a short time and developed a gross ulcer. It has turned into a stage of 4!!!! It is a infectious disease and has to be degraded Dilauda Staff

their entire staff is incompetent lazy and insensitive. my loved one passed away under their care. the place is disgusting. no supervison by supervisors/managers/case workers during the weekend. god forbid something happens to your loved one during the weekend or holidays. no one could help us with anything. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMLY MEMBER DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!!!!!
