Oasis behavioral health is an amazing place. I have been going there since 2018, and have never had a single issue. Everyone is professional, courteous and caring. One of the best parts about going there, is the sense of family. You walk in, and everyone treats you as a welcomed guest, not just a patient. Tim and his staff ALWAYS go above and beyond for their clients, and make sure that we all feel at home. If you’re looking for an incredible group of mental health counselors, than Oasis is definitely the place to go. The office staff is also amazing. Nobody wants to go to seek mental health counseling, and then have to deal with a nasty receptionist when you’re already feeling some type of way. At Oasis, that is so not the case. Every member of the office staff is wonderful!

I've been here for a whole, and really the staff here has been tremendous in my pursuit to better myself. There have been days where going wasn't so hard, and days where I was crying in the waiting room. I have been looked at with the same kind faces, and I've always left knowing they will be there if I needed them. There have even been times where I needed the emergency session and the staff did their best to accommodate my needs and insurance problems. To anyone who needs someone in the old bridge area, this IS the place you go to.

When I first found Oasis, I was thrilled. 1. They worked with our insurance 2. Grace Peters. I can truly credit Grace with saving my son's life. She helped him navigate his mental health needs. She worked diligently to ensure that they found the right medications to help him achieve his potential. She taught him skills to maximize the effectiveness of his meds. She went over and above. I was so pleased with the service provided by Grace, I brought my daughter to see her. The care she gave my son was not a fluke, or one time stroke of luck. She provided that same care and support to my daughter. One of the biggest reasons for our success with Grace was the high level of compassion and the competence of the office manager Amber. Amber always returned calls promptly and would contact you directly if there was a billing or appointment need to be addressed. The level of service that brought us to Oasis ended when it was decided by the higher up that Amber 'would no longer be employed by Oasis.' Since then, clients are finding their accounts charged without being notified, phone calls are not returned. Additionally, it has come to my attention that Grace Peter's has left the practice. Grace and Amber were the heart and soul of Oasis. I can no longer reccomend this practice to anyone, especially and specifically based on their financial/business practices. To provide mental and behavioral healthcare without financial compassion makes this just another business that values money over people.
