ddd aaa1 StarFor 3 days I tried calling to reschedule an appointment. 3 days it said mailbox is full, leave a message on another mailbox. Then it does not give you any options or any numbers. Just an inconvenient place to get your medical card. I did not even want mine that's all she offered.Monday 6th December 2021

B D2 StarTo start off my first appointment was canceled and rescheduled twice within 24 hours of my appointment which I had taken time off work both times to make it to said appointments. The 3rd time they tried to cancel I told them no, I'm not taking another day off work just for them to cancel again so magically my appointment time became available again. So I go see who I've discovered is the owner. First appointment she made me feel guilty about certain decisions I've made and offered almost no guidance but I needed to get off certain medication so I made a 2nd appointment. Next appointment, she had no recollection of our first discussion so I basically had to pay for 2 of the same conversations. She then referred me to a therapist in the same practice. I met with her twice. 4 appointments at this practice over the course of almost 3 months and I had gotten billed for none of them, but I know my insurance had been processing them in a timely manner because they had been notifying me of the claims within a couple weeks of each appointment. I called 24 hours ahead of my appointment to postpone because I had to work, then followed up in the morning. They then told me I was to be charged $60 for a missed appointment and I told them I hadn't even gotten an invoice for any other appointments, plus, they had cancelled on me TWICE within 24 hours and I missed work because of it. Maybe I should have charged them a fee? Magically they came up with an invoice of almost $400 which they wanted me to pay on the spot, having not even seen it just being told the total over the phone. This place is the most unprofessional office in the helping profession that I have ever seen. The ONLY reason this gets 2 stars is because Jordan Roberts is amazing. Should she split from this place I would see her again, but not while she is in this practice. Therapist offices and for those helping deal with mental illness should not contribute to your guilt, grief, stress, and frustration. If you're looking for help, I suggest you keep looking.Saturday 23rd February 2019
