The NP lance is amazing. He listens he listens to everything you have to say and truely listens and tries to understand. I wish I had him Everytime!!!!! He helped me so much when I went last time. The guy at the front desk is so friendly and I just love him!!!!!! I hate Dr leleaux I liked quereshi.

We visited my wife's great uncle here. It seems like a nice hospital. The staff was very nice and attentive. While we were here Christmas 🎄 day he was fed, cleaned, medicated and had just finished his exercises.

I had the VID in November 2020. My stay was 2 long, painful very difficult months. I was given last rights. But they pulled me through. They saved my life.

My dad is a cancer patient at this hospital suffering with terminal pancreatic cancer & usually treated very well. On 1-24-22, he was at Dr.s appt with my mother & fell weak & had to be transferred to the ER. My mother called & texted me on the phone with a complaint of how she was being treated. I can hear this rude RN named ALEXA speaking to my mother in a way I have never experienced!!!! My mother is 71 & non confrontational, but will not let anyone walk over her. I was so upset & disappointed hearing this that I asked to speak with her. My mother told her she didn’t want to talk anymore & to just plz do her work. She still insisted on going on & on trying to argue with my mother & stop caring for my Dad to do so. Out of concern, I said put her on the phone & that nurse refused to get on the phone & I also wanted her full name. She then refused to give my mother here last name & stated that she wasn’t giving her last name & my mom couldn’t make a report when asked because there were no more papers available. She also wanted my mother to call my Dad’s Oncologist on my mom’s cell phone & that was her job because he was in their care & she stated that they weren’t affiliated with that Dr. which he is right there at Lourdes Hospital & very familiar with him. I had to to take a break at my job & call the Dr. myself & his staff was not pleased with how she treated my Dad. He also operates at their facilities & on my Dad. She refused to help my mother google the number & stated she couldn’t help cuz she didn’t have her cell phone. Mind you, there are a thousand computers available & as a nurse myself we’re supposed to go above and beyond. She tried to threaten my mother with security for nothing. I am a nurse myself & would never treat anyone as such!!!!! She is very lucky I couldn’t come up there or my sister. She would’ve needed security!!! She was very nasty, rude, & unprofessional. I don’t appreciate how my parents were treated & will make sure this doesn’t happen ever again. She needs another career, because nursing is not her calling. Please be aware of this nurse in the ER!!!
