chris price1 Starno one goes there anymore. when i show up with my son they tell me to wear a mask even though it is a fake pandemic. they dont help anyone. its a hangout center for the poor and it isnt even that anymore.Monday 17th January 2022

None Ya3 StarService for westminster residents preferred. This is a daycenter for homeless that recives funding from mental health monies from carroll county. Lets have more concern for the next generation with greater challanges than us- we are ok :)Thursday 20th July 2017
