I've worked at Orem Rehabilitation for 3 years. I have met some wonderful people during that time who really care about their work and the patients. Providing individualized care is priority. My manager is awesome and I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon.

My dad was a resident for awhile. The longer he was there the worst it got. There was no team care. I was called multiple time, which is completely fine. My dad had multiple health problems, diabetes being one of the biggest problems. The calls where about all the sweets he was eating. They wanted me to be the bad guy, but when it came to the facility they couldn't tell me no... they don't care about personal items. They kept his phone, 🎄 decorated and clothes. I went thur the bags they sent home there was female cloths and one 👞. I was told they would call me, nothing yet! They just kept all of my dads belongings. It's going on two months. All the sentimental items are gone. 😭

I highly recommend not to have your loved ones come here the workers there are unbelievable my dad is there and he isn't getting the care he needs his call light is broken they refuse to fix it he always gets his food late I would of given a zero rating but I had to do one in order to post. This facility isn't a good one to use.

I fractured my left Tibila in January of 2022, the staff are great and always greeting you in the hall ways. PT & OT staff really care for you to recover. This my first time being in one of these. I give 3 stars, because there are times when it comes to meals that you barely get much. I also feel I been forgotten when comes to getting a meal. I understand that there a lot of mouths to feed., But the kitchen can be improved upon. Is this. Terrible place No, but we need to improve on the healthcare of others.

All of the staff, nurses, CNA's, Pt's, Ot's, and aids were kind, caring, fun, not to mention, professional. The housekeeping staff was great as well! I had the best experience in your facility that I have ever had in a rehab place. The only slight problem I encountered was showering. With everything else being top-notch that was minor. Food, most days was good. Better than average for a rehab place. Many thanks for all the great care I received, helping me to better health!
