The Kissimmee office staff are amazing. They are so helpful and wonderful to speak to. The therapists are amazing as well.

I see Dr. Ahmad and he is very nice. Been seeing him for a long while now and his suggestions for medications have really cured my issues. He's very good! The receptionist there is very nice as well.

7/1/19 Lake Underhill location. They simply don’t answer. After 3 hours of trying and various 23- 27 minutes attempts on automatic hold they seem to pick up to hang up. For people dealing with depression and anxiety this is the worst experience to have. They should be reminded that their clients are human beings reaching out for help, a better system should be stablished.

They are the worst. Traveled 2 1/2 hours by bus,and was 7 minutes late for my 3:45 and they would not see us. The doctor was still in with his 3:30 and was running late as well. She then told us his 4:15 was there and he couldn't see me. They have the worst policies ever. The girl in the front was extremely rude that the other mother's faces where in shock. Then I called one of there other office and spoke to a office manager (Denise)she called to see what was going on and then told me it was up to the provider. It is a behavioral health center they know that if we are going there our kids are not the easiest to drag around on a 2 1/2 hours bus ride and it is very cold on top of it. No good they suck. This is the absolute worst place to come. My insurance company gave me an appointment here with the Dr. Gonzalez- who apparently rents a room. The receptionist is the absolute worst, she didn't want to give a doctors note when I literally was just here and checked in hours ago. She did nothing to help resolve my issue and did nothing that a receptionist should do. She was rude and really short with her answers since she had no supervision as she clearly needs it. You need to re-do the front of your door to say that his practice isn't affiliated with your office if that is indeed true.
