I have been going to these Drs. for 7 years now. As far as the staff, I have nothing but good thing's to say. Everyone that I have interacted with have been kind and treated me with respect. Yes, sometimes I wait a bit longer than I would like, but it happens, nothing and no one is perfect! As far as the doctors I have seen there, there is only one that I was not happy with,and he is now retired. Right now I am seeing Dr. Kimball, and he is so kind and patience with me there are times he's running a little behind, but that's because he tries his best to listen to his patients. Sure, he could just check you out and then leave ,(like the one I spoke of). But he doesn't, he listens to what you have to say. To me it's worth the wait! Also, my mother, brother and sister went to OSRA, and never had a problem.

Efficient office visits each time. Dr. Kaplin was fantastic! Very thoughtful approach and great for answering questions along the way. Felt like my injury was in good hands.

Staff is very friendly and kind! Physicians were thorough and explained everything so I could understand what was going on and how to proceed. Highly recommend this practice to my friends and family!
