Outlets For Hope, Inc. purpose is to advance the utilization of a comprehensive service approach that is built on nursing practice interventions and evidence-based practices in addressing addiction from prevention-based community outreach to clinical interventions and after-care stabilization wrap-around services.

Outlets For Hope, Inc. was established by a group of nurses who have lost loved ones due to substance use and behavioral health illnesses. They decided to put their skill sets and experience in practice in order to help people suffering from substance use disorders and behavioral health crises.
