I called a few months ago to get 2 of my children seen with a provider. I was told they would be seen by a specific gentleman that was great with kids. When they scheduled the appointment I found out they scheduled with a different person. I accepted it & called the day before to confirm the appointment time. Then I was asked, “Oh, so nobody called you?” Apparently the provider that was to see my two children hasn’t been in the last two weeks & they would happily hand me a tablet when I get there to have a telehealth appt. I get free telehealth appointments through my insurance. Why would I pay for that? I specifically requested in person & what frustrates me the most is that nobody even called me. If I hadn’t called I would have drove an hour tomorrow, showed up to the appt., been handed a tablet, & charged the same. I made this appointment the beginning of summer and now I’m back at square one with no appointment. I guess I’ll be driving to Riley again, at least they are consistent & dependable.

My friends little sister was treated terribly at this place. The story I heard was disgusting. Do not bring your children here.

In desperate need of sensitivity training. Patient's mother called a patient that is a person of color a racial slur. There was no action taken. The same staff that ignored this corrected another child of color for using the same slur.
